Booking & Payment

All consultations and design services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment confirms your reservation and secures your session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Consultations may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Delivery of Service

Virtual consultations are delivered via private video session. A written follow-up summary will be provided within 3 business days of the session.

Design plans and master plans are delivered digitally within the timeline specified at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy for Services

Due to the personalized and strategic nature of garden consulting and design services, no refunds are issued once a session has been completed or a design process has begun.

Client Responsibility

Recommendations are based on the information provided by the client. Final implementation decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of the client.
