Refund and Returns Policy 🌿

At Le Potager Rêvé, we pour our heart into every seed, sketch, and shipment. Whether you’re learning with us, ordering a garden plan, or grabbing something from our shop, here’s everything you need to know about refunds and returns.

🌼 1. Custom Merchandise (T-Shirts, Mugs, etc.)

Our printed items are made on demand just for you!

We only offer refunds or replacements if:

The item is defective, flawed, or damaged during production or shipping.

📸 Simply send us a photo of the issue within:

30 days for Canadian/U.S. orders
45 days for international orders

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if:

You chose the wrong size or color
You changed your mind

📚 2. Digital Products (Books & Downloadables)

All purchases of PDF or ePub files are final.
As soon as you receive the download link, the content is considered delivered and non-refundable.

🌱 3. Garden Design Services & Online Courses

We’re committed to quality and transparency in our custom work.

👉 Garden Design Plans:

These are non-refundable once delivered, since they’re tailored to your space and needs. If you cancel before design work begins, we may offer a partial refund (minus a processing fee).

👉 Courses & Workshops:

If you’ve already accessed the materials, attended a session, or started the course, no refund will be issued.
If you need to cancel before the course starts, contact us at least 48 hours in advance and we’ll review your request.

🎁 Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift, we’ll provide a gift credit for any return that meets our conditions above. Otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser.

🚚 Shipping Returns (if applicable)

If we approve a return, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service — we’re not responsible for returns we don’t receive.
